How the test works.
A separate place to understand the payment journey.
Choose a currency
USD uses a 3.2% sample fee. MVR uses 1.5%. The two booking amounts are independent; there is no exchange rate.
MVR 1,500.00 + MVR 22.50 = MVR 1,522.50
Try a bank response
Use the controls to approve, decline, cancel or time out. Successful payments create one simulated receipt. Failed attempts do not record money received.
Inspect the records
The summary, event log and record data show the test's booking and payment states. Try a duplicate notification after success: it must not create a second receipt.
Try a refund
Open a successful transaction, choose a sample refund percentage and cancel the test booking. A refund request is created automatically. Complete the test refund separately. The online card fee is excluded.
What is connected?
This site runs a visible, browser-only simulator. It has no bank connection, shared API connection or PostgreSQL connection. Existing portals remain unchanged.
Fee rates here are labelled sample constants. The API must read the approved fee configuration from the database when it is integrated. A real bank sandbox, signed callbacks, server-side idempotency and authorization still need integration testing.
